Entering Kindergarten:

Applicants are interviewed in small groups supervised by members of the Admissions Department. During the assessment, parents attend a question and answer session with the Director of the Lower School and a member of the Parents Association. In addition to the Q&A session, parents of Kindergarten applicants are requested to return for a formal parent interview on a different day. Parents will be contacted after their child's assessment to schedule this appointment.

Entering Grade 1-5:

Applicants are interviewed in a one-on-one session with a lower school learning specialist followed by an informal meeting with the Admissions Directors. This appointment is for the applicant only and any parent or caregiver can accompany the child to this session.

Entering Grade 6-12:

Applicants are interviewed directly before or after their school tour in a one-on-one session with one of the Admissions Directors.
